   What makes apple products different from others is it's unique features, What if i tell you taking screenshot on mac is super easy, In fact it allows you to take a screenshot of an image on your mac screen and save it in a format that can be edited.You will be amazed with the features your mac has to offer for taking screenshots.

Here are different methods of taking screenshot on a mac step by step.

How to capture your entire screen ?

Step 1 : Press Command ⌘ + Shift  + 3  all at the same time and you should hear a camera shutter sound.

Step 2 : Find the screenshot as a .png file to your desktop with the name " Screen shot " Date and time it was taken, It's that Simple.


How to capture part of your screen?

Step 1 :  Press Command ⌘ + Shift  + 4 , The indicator will change to a cross hair as in the image below.

Step 2 : Drag the crosshair across the portion of the screen you want to capture and release the mouse button you should hear a camera shutter sound.

Step 3 : Find the screenshot as a .png file to your desktop with the name "Screenshot" Date and time it was taken.


How to capture a specific window?

Step 1 : Open the app or window you want to capture

Step 2 : Press Command ⌘ + Shift  + 4 , The indicator will change to a crosshair

Step 3 : Press the Space bar and your indicator will turn to a camera

Step 4 : Place the camera pointer on the window you want to capture, once done that the 
window gets highlighted blue as show in the below image.




Step 4 : Click your mouse or track pad to capture the window

Step 5 : Find the screenshot as a .png file to your desktop with the name " Screen shot " Date and time it was taken.


How to capture a drop down menu?

Step 1 : Click the drop down menu and  Press Command ⌘ + Shift  + 4

Step 2 : When the indicator changes to crosshair press space.

Step 3 : Position the crosshair on the drop down menu and left click.

Step 4  : Find the screenshot as a .png file to your desktop with the name " Screen shot " Date and time it was taken.

Please note the above method will only capture the content of the drop down menu and not its title.

How to capture the touch bar ?

You should be able to capture touch bar only if you are using a Mac with a touch bar feature or if you are using mac OS Sierra 10.12.2 or Later.

























Step 1 :  Press Command ⌘ + Shift  + 6

Step 2 : Find the screenshot as a .png file to your desktop with the name " Screen shot " Date and time it was taken.


The above mentioned options are the best and covers the most methods of taking screenshots on your Mac, However if you do not feel like using keyboard commands for taking screenshots, you can always use the " Grab " app that comes preinstalled in all mac computers. The Grab app runs from the menu bar and lets you capture part of the screen, entire screen and a specific window. 

How to take screenshots on Mac with Grab App ?

Step 1 : Open the Grab App from the utilities folder or search for it using Spotlight.

Step  2 : Once the app is launched you should see it's icon in the dock as shown below


Step 3 : Capture the screenshot with the selection option. Please note that the grab app gives you a 10 second timer before taking screenshots.

How to link aadhar with pan card?

What is Aadhar card and how to link aadhar with pan card?


 "Aadhar" is a unique, consolidated and universal 12-digit identification number issued by   government of India to every individual citizen of India. Aadhar card was introduced in the year 2009 and later was launched by Ex-Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh along with United Progressive Alliance Chairperson Ms.Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Nandan Nilekani the Chief officer at Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).

The Aadhar project was introduced as an attempt towards having a single document  that would have all the details of an individual person including their demographics and bio-metrics making things like opening a bank account, applying for a passport or getting ration anywhere in country with no efforts.

 However slowly and gradually Aadhar card is turning to be a mandatory document every Indian citizen must have, In fact the Supreme Court of India  has issued a judgement on Friday 9th Of June 2017 stating, It is mandatory for every individual having an aadhar card to link their aadhar card to PAN and mention the same in their Tax Returns effective July 1st 2017.

          How to link Aadhaar number with pan card?




Though there are a couple of ways to link your Aadhar with pan card, I would suggest, you follow the "Method 1" mentioned below, that being the easiest. So,Lets start with Step by Step procedure to link your Aadhaar number with pancard.

Method 1 : How to link Aadhaar with pan card by SMS ?

The Income tax department has taken an initiative to link aadhar with pan card through SMS, Shown below are the step by step procedure to do so.

Step 1 :  Open your Messaging app and click on the create message icon.

Step 2 : Type UIDPAN<SPACE><12 digit Aadhar><Space><10 Digit Pan>

Example : UIDPAN 123456789012 ABCDE0000F

Step 3 : Send it to 567678 Or 56161




Step 1 : Open your Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser and in the URL type  https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ . 

Please note that the website may not work sometimes or may take a little while to open.


Step 2 : Click on the Aadhar link as shown in the image below






























Step 3 : Fill in your details as shown in the image  below and click on Link Aadhar
That's All you would have to do in order to link your Aadhar with PAN



Please Note : It is compulsory for a non-eligible tax payer or non-tax payer to file IT return Hence, it is mandatory for you to link your Aadhar to pan irrespective of you being a tax payer or a non-tax payer.

This kind of websites will let you convert 1 or 2 documents free and then you will have to purchase one of their plans to continue using it.

Now lets show you how to convert PDF files to Word Document Step By Step.

Step 1 : Visit  www.smallpdf.com




















Step 2 : Click on PDF to Word





Step 3 :  Click on Choose file and select the file you want to convert















Step 4 : Your PDF file is converted you just have to click on the download file button and it will give you two options, open with or Save file. You can select the option you like and start editing and making changes to the document.
